Polaris World Inspection Visits with AOP

As authorised agents for Polaris World and having Polaris Trained staff in our Spanish office, AOP are at your service to conduct your personalised Polaris World Inspection visit. We offer to accommodate up to two people, sharing a room for up to two nights in the luxury five star Intercontinental Hotel (subject to availability at the time of your enquiry) at the Polaris World resort of Mar Menor.

All you need to do is to arrange your flights from the UK to either Alicante or Murcia and we’ll look after you during your stay in Spain. There are several airlines offering budget cost flights ( insert new frame hyperlink to budget airlines) to these destinations all year round.  We’d be delighted to help you with finding suitable flights.
Typical inspection visit Itinerary for viewing Polaris World Resorts
Day 1: (am or early pm) When you reach the arrivals area at Alicante or Murcia airports, you will be met by an AOP representative, then taken to your hotel to check-in. After refreshing yourself from your journey, you will then be taken for a tour of the Polaris World Resorts to view properties of interest to you and to tour the surrounding areas. Your evening meal will either be at a local restaurant or at your Hotel.
Day 2: 10:00: Continue tour of resorts if required then visit Polaris World Headquarters to verify prices and availability of any specific properties of interest to you.12:00: Visit Independent solicitors and banks if a suitable property has been identified.  14:00: Break for lunch (In a local restaurant / café or at a Polaris World resort) 17:00: Pay reservation deposit if a suitable property has been identified. Evening meal at the Hotel or a local restaurant.
Day 3: (exact itinerary will depend upon your intentions and your return flight schedule). 10am: Check out of hotel, re-visit solicitor/ bank or apply for your NIE number(s).  p.m: Transport to airport for your return flight. 
NB: The above itinerary is a general guideline. Some itineraries may vary due to flight arrival/departure times and individuals circumstances. At no time will you be under sales pressure to proceed with making a reservation.
The cost of a return flight for up to two people up to £500 is refundable of upon purchase of a Polaris World property through AOP/Aberdeen Overseas Properties Ltd.

During your visit, you should be in a position to pay a €3,000 euro “reservation deposit” should you find a suitable property. This can be accomplished using your credit card. This deposit is fully refundable up to 20 days from making the reservation.  You will then be required to pay the full deposit of 25% of the property purchase price, including the 3,000 euros reservation deposit already paid.  The full deposit can be paid by bank transfer or through a foreign exchange company ( hyperlink….. to financial / legal pagewhich can help save you money and protect you against fluctuating currency exchange rates.
